Kurtis Durfey, President
The son of a Lutheran Pastor, words like poverty, need, love, and give had a special meaning in the early years of Kurtis' childhood. As much as he could, Kurtis helped in the early days of Mission to the Children, and when Proyecto Compasión started, Kurtis jumped at the opportunity to help.
Kurtis is currently serving as the organization's President, and his primary contributions can be seen in the design and production of the organizational newsletters, postcards and website. Kurtis brings valuable marketing and design experience to that table that helps to produce effective and cost-efficient marketing tools.
Kurtis works during the day as a graphic designer in the Marketing Department at the University of Arizona BookStores, and moonlights with his free-lance business KurDesign Graphic Design.
